This is a nice, spacious hotel in Portland. This hotel really deserves its four stars. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff here are wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were great and comfortable. I couldn't get my kids out of the pool. I had a little trouble with the A/C, but other than that, this hotel was great.

We had a very nice beautiful wedding here. However it had so many headaches that it's a bittersweet thing looking back on our wedding. I would just say watch them like a hawk! The hotel events coordinator was pretty bad, but to make it worse she was fired the day of our wedding so things just got worse. They mixed up our menu with someone elses which we luckily caught the night before the wedding. They had promised all sorts of things and never came through on them. They shut down the bar early and our guests were left buying their own downstairs. We had a minimum we had to meet in food and beverage and since they shut down the bar early we didn't meet the minimums so we ended up paying over 2k on food and beverages that weren't consumed. It was dissappointing. They did a nice job with the decorations though.

This hiotel is so pretty. And there is an awesome Aveda Salon in the lobby - I've had a few treatments and a haircut done there before and it was just lovely.
